Marketing Manager Position
We are looking for results-oriented, motivated self-starter to develop and execute the marketing strategies for our fast-growing storage and distribution equipment company. Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a salary plus a lucrative incentive plan based on increased company sales. There is no ceiling to what you can earn on the incentive program.

We help our customers to increase their revenues and profits by helping them unitize their production, storage and distribution space more efficiently and safely. We design, supply and install racking systems for warehouses, cultivation systems, automated storage and retrieval systems and self-storage facilities. We also supply safety products and services. We have five interrelated divisions with independent marketing focus, yet excellent cross-marketing opportunities. The marketing manager is responsible for building the five brands and growing sales opportunities for each segment. You will be working with the President of the company as well as managers of each group to increase sales and company growth.
You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies and campaigns and have the autonomy and flexibility to execute those plans. There is no corporate BS here. We are looking for a person that is creative, self-driven and entrepreneurial with a “can-do” attitude. You will need excellent computer skills, knowledge of SEO, email marketing, social media and web tools such as Google Ads and Analytics.
We are looking for a detail-oriented person who has mastered the fundamentals of AutoCAD. You should be able to read drawings and create working drawings from concept sketches and architect drawings. You will be working with the sales team, engineers and customers to develop presentation drawings and final drawing sets for installation.
As an estimator, you will be trained to design storage systems and the various components used. You will be responsible for developing bills of material and working with dozens of suppliers, as well as engineers and freight companies to develop cost estimates used for sales proposals to customers.
Applicants will be required to understand Excel and have excellent math and computer skills. You should have a command of the English language and have good writing skills. We are looking for team players that are self-motivated and complete assignments on time.
